Trial

Premium starts with a 3-day trial. You can cancel in the Paddle customer portal from You before the trial converts if you do not want to be charged.

How billing works

Paddle is the merchant of record. Monthly is $4.99. Yearly is $49.99. Receipts, taxes, and card updates live in Paddle, not in the MyCalTracker meal diary.

Cancellations

Cancel any time in Paddle. Access stays through the paid period that already started. Meal photos may already be deleted on the retention schedule. Saved nutrition JSON stays on the account until you delete the account.

Refund requests

Ask Paddle from the receipt or portal first. If you cannot reach the portal, sign in and open Manage billing on You, or email haxcorporation@gmail.com. Duplicate charges, unused converted trials, and technical failure to deliver scans are the cases we review with Paddle.
